Product designation
technicoll® 9403 is a 2-component high performance structural adhesive based on MMA. It is characterized by a fast curing time, high resistance to temperature (in some cases up to +130 °C), as well as high flexibility and high load transmission. The adhesive cures very fast and is transparent to translucent. Further processing of the joint parts is possible after 5 – 6 hours.

Perfect made for many kinds of plastics, electrical and electronic industry, car interior, furniture industry, joiner construction and shop fitting, facility management (housing area, hotels, hospitals, schools), maintenance departments of companies, workshop applications, model assembly, jewelry industry, furniture handle made of glass.

Steel (blank), stainless steel, copper, aluminum, brass, nickel, PMMA, PVC, ABS, polyester, polycarbonate, epoxy resin, chrome, zinc, polyester, glass, derived timber products, concrete, stone, ceramic, painted and coated surfaces
Application
technicoll® 9403 can be applied with the No-Mix-Process, bead on bead or with a static mixing nozzle.
1. Application with the separated application procedure (No-Mix): Apply one component on each side of the parts to be bond. Curing happens after joining, when pushing both substrates together.
2. Application with bead on bead process: Apply both componentsin a bead on top of each other and join immediately.
3. Application with a mixing nozzle (micro static mixer): Using a micro static mixer, an almost transparent glued joint can be achieved.
