Product designation
Hotmelt sticks for plastics hard to bond like PE, HDPE, LDPE (polyethylene), PP and POM delivered in sticks. The joint gap is almost transparent. Hot melt sticks (app. 11.3 x 170 mm).
Suggestion
In order to avoid contamination of the adhesive and therefore reducing the very good adhesive property, use another separate hot gun. To ensure a perfect handling of the sticks, use a stick gun with a special tapper nozzle.
Example of use
Garage, hobby & household, floristic, construction and repair bonding. The adhesive replaces almost every usual hotmelt stick.
Favoured substrates
Plastics like PE, PP, POM, PET, PC, PS, PVC-U, ABS, acryl (PMMA/Plexiglas), GRP, polyester, PA, metals like aluminum, copper, iron, derived timber products, glass, rigid foams, leather, leather fiber, textiles, paper, paperboard, felt. In some cases it can be used with rubber.
Note
When bonding PE-foils, thermal damage may occur, depending on the thickness of the foil.
